D6.1 Initial Communication, exploitation and dissemination plan

The following report details the project’s communication and exploitation strategy, which has been designed with input from all work packages to maximise project impact throughout the project lifecycle. This iterative document will focus on effective knowledge and information exchange between project audiences, stakeholders, and partners to support the project’s extensive stakeholder engagement in WP2 and WP3 and to ensure that project findings and outputs reach relevant policy and decision-makers, private sector organisations, industry and the public in an audience-appropriate format.

The strategy includes a dedicated dissemination plan, which represents a live document that guides the communication and dissemination activities of the project, by identifying specific communication and dissemination opportunities for specific
audiences, specifying guidelines and protocols for overall project dissemination and communication, and outlining methods that ensure the project communication is accessible for target audiences.
