An updated plan for dissemination, exploitation and communication

This report that details the project’s communication and exploitation strategy which has been designed with input from all work packages to maximize project impact throughout the project lifecycle. The document will focus on effective knowledge
and information exchange between project audiences, stakeholders, and partners to support the project’s extensive stakeholder engagement and to ensure that project findings and outputs reach relevant policy and decision makers, private sector
organizations and industry and the public in an audience appropriate format.

The strategy includes a dedicated dissemination plan, which represents a live document that guides the communication and dissemination activities of the project, by identifying work communication and dissemination opportunities to reach work package-specific audiences (both general and specific), specifying guidelines and protocols for overall project dissemination and communication, and outlining methods that ensure the project communication is accessible for target audiences.
