WP 1: Project Coordination
This Work Package will oversee all operational and management aspects of the project.
Lead institution: MaREI, University College Cork
Objectives:
- To provide good project governance and strategic oversight and ensure good communications with the Commission and within the consortium
- To manage all internal communications between project partners through the coordination of strategic face-to-face meetings, and monthly conference calls with WP leaders.
- To support the consortium to meet all operational, technical, financial and contractual responsibilities.
- To ensure the project is managed to maximise the delivery of results and impacts of very high quality, on time, and within budget.
